Η Ποταμια – The River

Description

This drawing was commissioned by our very good friend and Greek teacher, Phylis, for the front cover of her poetry book. It makes me sad though, because just a few days after the book was published, Phylis was killed in a car accident just a few metres away from this very spot. So this picture has bitter sweet memories for me, as Phylis was such a vital and beautiful person, who gave us so many good times.
